Books
June 2011 – I have been reading the book Outlander by Diana Gabaldon for almost a year now. It is good but I am ready to be done with it. It is about a woman in 1945 who falls into a time travel zone and ends up in Scotland in 1743.
February 2010 – Our new book club book is called “The curious incident of the dog in the night time” by Mark Haddon. It is written in the voice of a 15 year autistic boy. It started out with chapter 2 because the boy likes prime numbers.
January 2010 – I bought a new book in Leavenworth called “Half Broke Horses” by Jeannette Walls. I read her other book “Glass Castles” which was really good. We have a book club in February so I need to start reading! ——-I finished the book and it was good, but it wasn’t a total page turner.
August 2009 – Currently I am reading “Remember Me?” by Sophie Kinsella, author of Confessions of a Shopaholic. I haven’t read any of her books before. I like this book. It is a fun and easy read and I have about 1 or 2 chapters left until I am done.
